| Performing acts will be able to have a rehearsal
the week prior to the event for trying out the space and other logistics
- this will be coordinated with you in advance with effort made to accomodate
the convenience of your personal schedules
Safety equipment or other materials needed from the house for any act should be submitted to us as early as possible or brought with you The theater lounge will be used for the performers' dressing room and will be secured by our hospitality staff during your performance - this area will only be accessible for your act and must be cleared after your showcase to prepare it for the next act (valuables are not recommended to be left in the area and are your own responsibility) Only the actual performers and staff used during your acts are guested into the event - This being a benefit event and a support resource for the evenings' talent, there are no guest list provisions for acts Staff work schedules for the event are posted here. |
